The Ankh

This logo runs deep in history. The most

recognised symbol for life worldwide, the

ancient Ankh symbol has taken on a modern

new twist. In Ancient Egyptian art it is common

to see the Ankh symbol in the hands of deities,

or being handed to them by a Pharaoh. It is

used to represent their power to sustain life

and revive human souls in the afterlife. 

Matt's mission is to make The Modern Ankh just as recognised as the Nike tick. The Modern Ankh does not only represent Life but more specifically Living and suicide prevention. It will also represent and promote all the conversations we don't have enough of about our mental health!

Together we will all discover our confidence to talk openly about how we truly feel, whether we're struggling or not and most importantly whether we need a supporting hand from a fellow human.

It is OK to not be OK but it's much better to actually be OK!!!
